OUTLINE
There are increasing expectations that Governments will be responsible for delivering high standards of integrity in civil service, public institutions and governments itself and put an end to the corrupt practices of the past. But partnership between government and the private sector means that conflict of interest issues and integrity in government and its institutions are becoming a major focus of reform. This module teaches how to manage staff conflicts, so it does not become corruption.
