PROJECT MANAGEMENT IMPLEMENTATION COURSE

The planning and co-ordination of a project, regardless of the size of the project or the organization requires a specific set of competencies in managing time, money, people, and materials.

Project Management is the set of management techniques applied to enable the integrated management of performance, time, cost and human relations frameworks pertaining to a project, to achieve the goals of the project; delivering on time and within budget.

The course will teach participants the ten steps to creating and managing results on projects and programs. Case study scenarios shall be used to develop working systems.
